Neighborhood Committees
Architectural Committee
This committee is responsible for approving all architectural plans for any new projects as well as any changes to existing plans. They use preset guidelines to insure uniformity which in turn help protect and grow our property values. The committee would like to remind all homeowners that per our Covenants you must get any outside structural or landscape changes to your property approved in advance by the architectural committee and the Association Board. Examples of this would be landscaping changes, exterior home changes or additions, sheds, fences, etc. Click on our downloadable file below for a submission form and for more helpful information from the Architectural Committee.

Clubhouse, Pool and Tennis Court Committee
This committee is responsible for all aspects of the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts including third party vendor service contracts, repairs and maintenance. This committee is also responsible for booking all clubhouse reservations.

Grounds and Landscaping Committee
This committee is responsible for all aspects of the landscaping and common grounds within our community including third party vendor service contracts for mowing and ground maintenance, sidewalks, signage, and streetlights.
Social Committee
Plans all neighborhood adult and family parties. Look for more details on the Home page as each event gets closer.
Children's Events
Organizes play outings and special children's events such as Easter Egg Hunt, Fall Festival, and Children's Christmas Party.
Sycamore Ridge Ladies Night
A chance for Sycamore Ridge adult ladies to meet, relax, and get to know each other... they meet once a month at 7 pm at the clubhouse, usually the 4th Thursday of the month. Everyone brings a snack to share, and drink of your choice.
Decorations
This committee adds some holiday spirit to the neighborhood during Christmas time.
