Information Owners Need to Know

As a property owner in Sycamore Ridge, you are automatically a voting member of the Sycamore Ridge Association of Owners. This is the name for our homeowners association. Homeowner dues are currently $650 annually and our administrative year runs January 1 through December 31. Association dues are billed out the first of January and must be paid in full by January 31st. 

We use an email alert system to distribute news and important information about issues affecting our neighborhood. This is the fastest and most convenient way to communicate with our owners while eliminating costs associated with a printed newsletter. Simply go to www.wmdouglas.com and create an account. We'll capture your email address and add it to our contact distribution system.

These are for the exclusive use of our owners. Pool and Tennis court rules can be downloaded by clicking the links located below.  Owners gain access to these facilities by using a secure key that has been issued to each homeowner. This key opens the pool and tennis court gates as well the restroom doors on the pool side of the clubhouse. This key must be transferred from previous owner to new owner at your real estate closing.   Pool and Tennis Court hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM Monday - Sunday.   Pool opening and closing dates for the summer will be posted on the home page.

 In pursuant to our covenants, changes to your property must be approved in advance by the association's architectural review committee. This includes any outside structural changes or landscape changes to your property including additions or changes, fences, play sets, fountains, etc.
Please allow up to 30 days for approval.

 The Clubhouse is available for use by our homeowners. There is no cost to use the clubhouse but you will be required to leave a cleaning/key deposit and sign a rental agreement before you will be given access. To make a clubhouse reservation check the Clubhouse Calendar webpage for availability and make a reservation request. A confirmation reply email will be sent back within 72 hours.
